EASTERN HOUSE(Near Bell&Drum Tower City Wall)

酒店門頭不大，但是裝修低調有內涵，內部設施齊全，床品舒適，睡的很踏實，服務人員都很有素養，且我的管家桃子很熱情，服務很周到，特別滿意此次選的酒店，我給五星好評。

Location of the hotel was perfect. It is walking distance to so many of the attractions and food. Everyone was hospitable, especially 尹改利 who looked after us at breakfast every morning. Our cleaning lady (didn’t get her name) was fantastic too! Our room was always spotless. Loved the free laundry however if you can, best to bring sufficient clothing for your trip. Our load came out still damp and we ended up hanging it in our room as there were others waiting for the dryer too. My only issue would be the smoking. Unfortunately there were other guests who disregarded the no smoking in the hotel and so at times, you would be smelling the smoke. Whilst in the lift lobby of level 8, a guy was casually standing there smoking by the bin which had an ashtray section. The hotel may want to think about how else to upkeep their non smoking policy because of the health issues for all other guests from second hand smoke inhalation. For this reason only, unfortunately I would reconsider staying here in future. Aside from this, it was still overall a good stay. The tour organiser WW, was amazing! She anticipated and planned so well according to what we needed.

Linn was amazing! Our stay was very pleasant, the rooms are very spacious and clean and are located in an excellent area. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the afternoon tea. Would highly recommend!
